How cool is that! Notes from the changelog:

* Custom background and screen saver images can be supplied at boot
* requires welcome_background_bg.jpg (maxsize=524288) or
screen_saver.png to exist on a device attached at boot

So since all the hackers and programmers are doing great work in making it possible for us all to enjoy the full capability of the great WD TV media player it’s time for the designers to show their skills. Just let your creative minds work and send your masterpieces to us. People will vote their favorite and the winner will be famous forever (promise!)
